Just wanted to get anyone else’s take on this prop. Makes no difference to me other than it was voted on previously and then some judges struck down the existing law, which had been voted on and prevented gay marriage, as being faulty. I have a problem with judges that do that unless the law is extremely faulty. In this case I suggest that they over reached their bounds. The people spoke for better or worse ulp NOT sort of thing. Damn the, California Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, damn them all to hell! oh sorry…

But back to it not mattering for me. Again I could care less one way or the other, no one really get’s hurt by gay marriage IMHO. The lawyers and wedding industry have got to love it! HAHAHA…might be a little fall out for family benefits both private and public. Insurance might be a bit more expensive for a company, though typically more bodies covered means lower premiums.

Considering an outside the box influence liking to the enemy of my enemy is my friend sort of real politik what about laws like this creating allies when Sharia law is tried to be forced down our throats? Sharia law are THE laws that Islam runs things with, very draconian and let’s just say not very nice to gays, women or non-islam practicing folks. Can you say Inshallah? Even more taxes? Got your attention there now didn’t I.

I am thinking that these types of laws, so maybe vote NO on proposition 8, will ultimately be the fly in the ointment that wakes US up to the threat of Sharia law and the developing Caliphate. It is either the freedom that these progressive laws grants us all OR and you heard it here first the BS that will go on in Europe when they finally wake up (which will not be pretty). I prefer the devil of freedom and the enemy of my enemy is my friend… Gay people are not my enemy but Islam sure as hell is so I think I will be voting NO on proposition 8.

ps…before you toss off, hahaha, the coming of Sharia law to the US as never can happen here. It already has with mixed results. For now and the most part Sharia is pissing into the wind in the US. Equivocation, silencing the opposition with accusations of hate speech and ignoranceare making headway though. It’s simple when you have more money than God (OPEC) ala Scientology and more money than a Thetan(sp?). Furthermore just ask the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands how that Sharia law thing is going. They are currently fighting it and losing…gonna have to go over there and save their asses again I suspect.
