Holy Shit Balls!

September 4th, 2008

The troop surge in Iraq has been more successful than anyone could have imagined, Barack Obama conceded Thursday in his first-ever interview on FOX News’ “The O’Reilly Factor.”

“I think that the surge has succeeded in ways that nobody anticipated,” Obama said while refusing to retract his initial opposition to the surge. “I’ve already said it’s succeeded beyond our wildest dreams.”

Whaaaa? Wait…ummmm……..

Maybe John McCain and George Bush don’t count as “anyone?”

Not beyond the wildest PLANS of professionals though…

Dreaming and hoping! Piss in one hand while dreaming and hoping in the other, then see which one fills up first.

The curtain is all the way up O-man and we are paying attention.

You should use the whole quote, the part where he says that the Surge has reduced violence, which is undeniable, and the part where he says that the surge has not created a solution to the political issues in the country.

Oh the whole quote makes his statement so much better…SMIRK

The guy is trying to get elected he is going to say things like that and they will be parsed. It was left handed statement in it’s entirety and was meant to be parsed. The evidence and effectiveness of such tactics and stratagem are all around us. But, but, but I’m different, rings the bell of perception, while the bell of truth weeps.

Could use the whole quote…but doesn’t made a difference. My shock was that he actually admitted to Reilly (not a war supporter) that the surge worked in any way what so ever. I mean, he’s been invested in narrative that everything is going wrong over there for an awfully long time.
