Circular Logic

August 2nd, 2007

Lunchtime thought:

If John Edwards doesn’t like Fox because he feel’s that they don’t represent the Democrat view fairly, if he’s offered by Fox to come on air to represent that Democrat view…and he refuses, does he then have the right to still criticize that the Fox does not feature Democrats?

Your question doesn’t point out any circular logic though. Featuring democrats doesn’t prove that Fox, in any particular person’s eyes, represents the democratic view fairly.

Then again, who am I to defend Edwards? I can’t stand the ‘faggot’.

I think they’re all pansies for avoiding Fox…as I think Republicans shouldn’t have avoided the CNN/Youtube Debate…as biased and stupid as it may have been…I hate to see Republican stooping to the “whiner” level usually held solidly by the Left.

Call it what you will. Edwards criticizes something but refuses to do anything about it, even when invited. He is weak and cowardly, just like all the other Democrats who run away from Fox News, but promise us they’ll fight terrorists.

I don’t think that the CNN/YouTube thing is in the same class, because YouTube is hardly home to serious politics.

Serious or not…the Republicans should still field the questions, and at least point out how much of a joke it is, otherwise there’s the perception of fear.

No, Edwards doesn’t. He should be prepared to muddle through the interruptions and answer the hard questions. If he cannot do that, that it is just like complaining when you didn’t vote.
