Christmas For the Troops
The Stout Republican is going to be doing a small Christmas drive for the troops. We’re going to be doing a fundraiser with a $150 goal over the next month (cut off December 10th) so we can send a gift basket to the troops overseas via Operation Gratitude. As far as I can tell, this is truly a bipartisan site, and all donations made via this site (through here) are anonymous, to even me. I’m not making a political statement here, I just know that many of these men and women, every little bit helps.
UPDATE: After a request by Operation Gratitude, and possible tax issues I was unaware of, we are going to be doing direct donations from this point on. Any current donations will be forwarded directly to Operation Gratitude as soon as they clear. Good news is with combined donations we’ve already met our prelim goal of $150.
