Markos from Daily Kos said "Screw them" (about the troops and then tried to cover up that fact -- see LGF). Leftists created the whole "babykiller" motif during 'Nam and actively persecuted vets when they came home. Don't forget the various hateful banners at your ordinary anti-war protests such as "I Don't Support the Troops", and the ones which supported fragging officers.
